Our 2026 Trust Index covers 31 crypto casinos. Six of them scored low enough across our six testing categories that we placed them in the Avoid tier. These are not casinos with one or two minor issues. These are platforms where withdrawal reliability, licence verification, complaint resolution, or bonus transparency failed in ways that put real player funds at risk.

This article lists each Avoid-tier casino, its Trust Index score, and the specific failures that put it there. For each one we also link to a safer alternative. The three Safe Choice casinos — Moonbet (73%), Duel (68%), and Cloudbet (67%) — cleared every checkpoint in our process.

Trust Index scoring covers six categories: withdrawal reliability, licence legitimacy, bonus transparency, Provably Fair availability, complaint resolution history, and responsible gambling controls. A score below 30% means the platform failed in four or more of those six areas.

1. Winna Casino — 29%

Winna Casino scored 29% on our Trust Index, placing it at the bottom of the Use Caution range and into Avoid territory. The platform holds a Curacao licence but licence verification failed our standard check — the badge in the footer did not link to a verifiable registration page.

Bonus transparency failure: Winna's 150% deposit bonus carries wagering conditions that are not fully disclosed on the deposit page. The full terms require navigating to a separate document where a 40x wagering requirement is buried three sections in.

Withdrawal testing showed delays that were not explained by network conditions or standard processing times. Two of three test withdrawals required follow-up contact with support before they were processed. No Provably Fair games are offered on the platform.

If you are looking at Winna for its cashback offer, safer alternatives with verified payouts are available. See our Winna alternatives or read the full Winna review.

2. 1win — 28%

1win scored 28% on our Trust Index. The platform operates across multiple jurisdictions under regulatory arrangements that raised concerns during our licence verification process. Four of our six Trust Index categories returned failing scores.

1win's 500% welcome bonus is one of the highest headline offers in our review set. A 500% match on a deposit sounds exceptional. The wagering requirement attached makes it one of the worst-value offers we documented. We calculated a negative expected value for every player profile we tested against it.

Complaint resolution data from third-party sources showed unresolved player disputes with no documented outcomes. The platform did not respond to our testing queries within the standard timeframe we allow before marking the complaint resolution category as failed.

See 1win alternatives for platforms that cleared our full process.

3. Moonroll — 26%

Moonroll scored 26% on our Trust Index. This is a platform whose name is frequently confused with Moonbet — our top-ranked casino at 73%. They are completely separate platforms with a 47-point gap between them. Moonroll is not affiliated with Moonbet in any way.

If you found Moonroll while searching for Moonbet, you are on the wrong platform. The naming similarity is not a coincidence — players searching for a trusted crypto casino by name are the most likely to land on Moonroll and assume they are in the right place.

Our licence verification found unresolved questions about Moonroll's regulatory status. Withdrawal testing was the weakest of any casino we tested in the 2026 review cycle aside from those in the lowest tier. Complaint history from community sources showed patterns of partial payments and delayed resolutions.

See the full Moonroll review for specific test results, or Moonroll alternatives for verified platforms.

4. 1xBet — 25%

1xBet scored 25% on our Trust Index. It is one of the most widely marketed platforms in the crypto gambling space and one of the lowest-scoring in our review. Brand recognition and Trust Index score are measuring different things. 1xBet's high visibility comes from an aggressive affiliate programme, not from verified player protections.

1xBet holds a Curacao licence but has faced regulatory action in multiple jurisdictions. Players in certain regions have reported complete account blocks with no path to withdrawal. This was consistent with community complaint data we reviewed before testing.

During our testing period, a withdrawal request was processed only after providing documentation that had not been requested at registration. The responsible gambling controls we attempted to activate during our review did not function as described in the platform's own documentation.

See 1xBet alternatives — all three are rated 42 to 48 points higher on our Trust Index.

5. Toshi.bet — 20%

Toshi.bet scored 20% on our Trust Index, second-lowest in our 2026 review. Five of six testing categories returned failing scores. Withdrawal reliability, licence legitimacy, bonus transparency, complaint resolution, and responsible gambling controls all fell below our minimum threshold.

Toshi.bet's 100% welcome bonus offer was the most aggressively misleading bonus documentation we reviewed this cycle. The headline number does not reflect what players can actually withdraw. The wagering terms contain three separate conditions, each of which independently prevents withdrawal of bonus funds under normal play patterns.

No Provably Fair games are available on the platform. Our licence check failed entirely — the badge displayed on the site does not correspond to an active registration under the name the casino operates.

See Toshi.bet alternatives for what a 47-point Trust Index improvement looks like in practice.

6. Pigmo Casino — 15%

Pigmo Casino scored 15% on our Trust Index — the lowest score across all 31 platforms we reviewed in 2026. It failed all six categories. We are including it here because the platform actively markets itself across social media and has a relatively polished interface that does not reflect its underlying reliability profile.

The licence displayed on Pigmo's website links to a registration that expired before our review period began. The casino continues to operate and accept deposits while displaying a badge that has no active regulatory backing.

No Provably Fair implementation exists on the platform. Our withdrawal test was not completed — the request entered a processing state and did not resolve within our standard evaluation window. We documented this in our complaint resolution category and it contributed to a failed score there as well.

There is no reason to use Pigmo Casino. See Pigmo alternatives or go directly to our top three Safe Choice casinos.

What the Avoid tier means in practice

A casino in the Avoid tier has failed four or more of our six Trust Index categories. That is not a minor scoring difference from the Use Caution group. It means the platform has multiple documented failure points, any one of which could result in a player being unable to access their funds.

  • Avoid casinos have Trust Index scores between 15% and 29%
  • All six failed at least the withdrawal reliability and complaint resolution categories
  • None of the six offer Provably Fair games across their full catalogue
  • Licence verification failed or returned incomplete results for every platform in this group
  • The three Safe Choice casinos scored between 67% and 73% on the same criteria

What to use instead

The three platforms that cleared every category in our 2026 review are Moonbet (73%), Duel (68%), and Cloudbet (67%). Each one was tested with real deposits and real withdrawals. Each one completed our withdrawal tests without KYC friction or unexplained delays.

If none of those fit your requirements, the full rankings page lists all 31 casinos with Trust Index scores and verdict tiers. You can see exactly where each platform sits relative to the Safe Choice threshold and make an informed decision before depositing anything.
